## What is LocalPilot?

LocalPilot is software for boat rental and charter businesses. Build your website, list your yachts, catamarans, sailboats, and speedboats, manage availability and bookings, and keep guest details in one workspace.

## How much does LocalPilot cost?

$0 per month. LocalPilot keeps a 4% processing fee on each payment guests make online. Bookings you add by hand are free.

## Do I need to know how to build a website?

No. Add your photos, choose your colors, tell your story, and select the sections you want to show. Preview your website on desktop and mobile before publishing it.

## Can I rent out different kinds of boats?

Yes. Each experience has its own photos, packages, durations, prices, capacity, and add-ons, so a full-day yacht charter and an hourly pontoon rental can sit side by side.

## Can I email my guests?

Yes. Write a campaign, send it to all your guests or pick a few, and send yourself a test first. Every email uses your brand colors and includes an unsubscribe link.

## Will my website show up on Google and in AI assistants?

Your site publishes a sitemap, structured data, an llms.txt guide and a text version of every page, so search engines and AI assistants can find and understand it. Rankings depend on your content and competition, so no one can guarantee a position.

## Can my website be in Spanish?

Yes. Choose English or Spanish for your guest-facing website in Settings.

## Where will my website live?

At its own address, such as biscayne-boats.joinlocalpilot.com, or on your own domain. You manage its content and publishing from your LocalPilot dashboard.

## Can I add bookings taken by phone?

Yes. Add a manual booking with the trip, departure time, guest details, and amount. It appears in your calendar and updates the experience’s availability.
